Code of Conduct

The purpose of Netbiis as a company is to be a guide to talent and well-being. We can only do this if the company is open and diverse.

In order for the company to maintain its values fundamentally, it is essential that we offer a friendly and safe environment that is welcome to all types of people, despite its own expression, sexuality, disability, ethnicity, race, origin, social status economic, political opinions or religion.

This code of conduct reflects our expectations for everyone to be associated with Netbiis, as well as the consequences of those who do not respect it.

We invite everyone from Netbiis to create safe and positive experiences for general well-being, to encourage a workplace that we can all be proud of.

What we accept

  • Participate honestly and professionally.
  • Be considerate and respectful in discussions and actions.
  • Refrain from any behavior involving humiliation, discrimination or harassment of others.
  • Be aware of your colleagues and surroundings.
  • Notify department leaders, managers and personal operations if you detect that someone is in a vulnerable or dangerous situation or about a violation of this code of conduct, even if you think it may be insignificant.

Unacceptable behavior

  • Violence, threats or violent language against another person.
  • Humiliation or abuse of language and tone.
  • Sexism, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia or discrimination.
  • Offensive comments related to sexual identity and expression, neurological disorder, disability, political views, race, origin, religion or lifestyle.
  • Publicate, share or display sexually explicit or violent material.
  • Publish or threaten to publish private information of another person.
  • Share among people within the company any unwanted or unjustified sexual content.
  • Take pictures or record videos without consent.
  • Deliberately call anyone by another name with intention or name rejected.
Personal Relationships
  • Physical contact without consent.
  • Unwanted sexual attention. This includes but is not limited to comments and jokes.
  • Undesirable flirtation and/or sexual innuendo.
  • Intentional intimidation or harassment.
  • Explanatory or paternalistic tones or explanations for a woman: mansplaining
  • Appeal the tone of a statement made by a woman to harm or diminish her: tone policing.
  • Adopt any intimate or inappropriate behavior on one side.

Applying the code

You are part of Netbiis, so you must understand and accept this Code of Conduct. We do not tolerate the unacceptable behavior mentioned in this document, despite its role in this organization. In case this document is violated by any means, the organization has the right to act, including temporary suspension and termination of contract for just cause.
